There is a difference between making a game more difficult and more annoying. Beat it twice to see the ending? That doesn't even make sense. This game is only difficult because the controls are unresponsive. Nostalgic sure, but there have been advancements in the genre since the SNES days.

wow, a re-release of a game that after I got to the end and it told me to start over I just sold it. Brilliant. And here I was hoping this would be about the XBLA port.

One of the best games ever. I have an import of the original that I play on my DS all the time. Now if only they'd release this vesrion on XBLA I could die happy.
